I don't know why we expect any excitement in transfer windows, it happens every year we always go for second best. We wanted hazard, William we get Chadli, we look at rabiot we get stambouli and vapour It happens over and over again. Transfer day deals, Ryan Nielson, Louis saha, sissoko.
We want the likes of kilnsmann and van der vart?
I'd be happy with dzeko, lallana or Marez and cover at right back.

We often don't findout about players that we have tried to get. Its also incredibly hard to sign players nowadays, greedy players, snake agents and complicated contracts. As fans its frustrating because we see other clubs buying. We also have to free up some space in the squad. We are active that's for sure.

2.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 09:50:16
It's easy to sign players when your a big club with great history.

3.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 10:17:13
Nasri, Ashley Cole, Van Persie all left your so called 'Big Club' odd bod to win trophies. Sanchez is next and you will be lost without him. Easily mid table last year without his input! At least spurs have a balanced squad with quality throughout. Change is happening at Spurs and we are heading in the direction we want to be whilst your stuck next year raising your banners and flying your planes over the library calling for Wengers head. Fickle fans!

4.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 10:33:10
The list is endless clichy, adebayor even henry,
To be fair arsenal were once a good team with great football that could pass there way into the goal, now the only thing arsenal can look forward to is Thursday night football away to Dundalk 😂😂😂😂 and Sunday premier league. Bye bye Sanchez.

5.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 11:07:50
Never won A European major that's great history for Arsenal lol, henry, cole and fabregas all left to win a European cup. Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool all put bus parades on for winning the European cup while Arsenal put one on for beating Hull City in the FA cup lmao.

6.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 12:28:54
Arsenal refusing to sell Sanches because without him they know they have no chance of getting top four, even though he wants out, even though Arsenal will miss out on 50m+. 'Big club'? Laughing stock more like.

7.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 15:25:14
Arsenal signings over the last 12 months xhaka, bob holding, eleny and a freebie from Germany hardly world class players. The fact is only Sanchez would get a game at spurs that's why you finished 20 points behind us last season that's right 20 points and 4 places behind your might neighbours. My Subaru would like to tell you something wodbod beep.

8.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 20:31:31
Some of the stuff you lot come out with is laughable.

9.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 21:29:23
Wow spurs finish above Arsenal once in over 2 decades win nothing and all of a sudden they are better than Arsenal! LMAO you couldn't make it up!

10.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 21:30:42
Ellis you are missing the point. Arsenal can miss out on £50m+ because we are a big club!

11.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 21:31:46
Ryan, we sold those players as we were funding a new stadium and still finished top 4 and won trophies, that's what big clubs can do and still be successful, it's like spurs selling Kane, Ali, walker (oops) and still win trophies and top 4 finish, could they do that? No chance that's the truth.

12.) 21 Jul 2017
21 Jul 2017 22:02:00
Walker was surplus to requirements oddbod! Ready made replacement in trippier so no loss. How ever will you cope without Sanchez. I bet lacazette was signed on the promise of Sanchez staying! He's been sold down the river. I can't wait for the banners and Arsenal fan tv it's comedy gold!

13.) 22 Jul 2017
22 Jul 2017 00:04:14
No, your missing the point. Arsenal see getting back in the Champions League as more financially beneficial than getting a fee for Sanchez and in my opinion they are right about that, because without him you have no chance and Wenger knows this.

Your reasoning is just as deluded as per normal. You're just going to waiver 50m+ for the sake of it, because you're a 'big club'.

14.) 22 Jul 2017
22 Jul 2017 09:22:36
Ellis, rubbish, Sanchez was in the team last year and we didn't make the champions league so there goes that theory. yet for years without him we did make it, same things were said when we sold Van Persie, Henry even Adebayor (lol) remember?

15.) 22 Jul 2017
22 Jul 2017 09:26:08
I say sell to PSG if he wants to leave, as if Sanchez is our main man he wasn't good enough to get us in the champions league then was he, and invest it a quality team player!

16.) 22 Jul 2017
22 Jul 2017 09:29:44
How is that my reasoning? Facts are, big clubs can afford to waiver 50m+, how can you not understand that? 😂.

17.) 22 Jul 2017
22 Jul 2017 22:11:00
Oddbod, your such a wall-e, it was because you had Sanchez you finished where you did, you didn't get the CL because the other 10 players behind Sanchez aren't good enough. What planet are you on. If Sanchez goes you've got problems. Dags educate your fans.

18.) 22 Jul 2017
22 Jul 2017 22:12:05
Oddbod, you're a complete person.

19.) 23 Jul 2017
22 Jul 2017 22:54:24
Dr thfc you mean the 10 players who made the champions league last year and the years before Sanchez, what planet are you on? even oracle and Ellis would no that one LMAO 😂.

20.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 11:13:00
Dr, he twists everything and is so deluded he can't think straight. Like i said the other day i think he has severe problems.

21.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 11:18:15
Good initial post, but as i have said, there isn't any new signings to get excited about. Poncho is getting the hump but the board are looking to progress on the cheap. Develop youth and sell them to Real Madrid. Lol.

Seriously, the youth academy is seen as a savings van right now. The money has gone into the stadium. We're years behind Arsenal. They've already been through the pain of that decision. Only difference is that we have home grown spurs boys. Not mercenaries. Believe and trust in Da Sacc Man.

22.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 12:11:41
I agree Ellis mate.! I wouldn't mind if he had proper football banter. If he can't see Sanchez was their best player he must be a little simple.
Anyway mate, what's the latest on ins and outs.

23.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 14:36:33
When did I say Sanchez isn't our best player? Drthfc making things up?

24.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 17:12:10
Read the post properly. Your saying "he wasn't good enough to get into the CL". Your words not mine.
Now ready for it I'm saying "he's your best player".

I apologise if that was too difficult to understand.

25.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 21:48:32
Da Chav Sacc Man, Barkley will probably be a significant signing and there will probably be others. No point in buying for the sake of it, incoming first team players have to be an upgrade or its pointless.

26.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 21:58:44
Dr, its all a bit weird at the moment. Obviously there's Barkley, Levy won't pay the asking price and plus he's just had the groin operation which will favour Levy in the haggling. Patrick Schick also, he's available and was wanted but he apparently failed his Juventus medical with a heart defect or something similar. Vincent Marcel a fee was agreed but nothing since, look at Indi Martins a fee was agreed for Crystal Palace ages ago but nothing on that since so agreeing a fee doesn't always guarantee a move.

27.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 22:02:06
Drthfc read the whole conversation and you might understand it, rather than pick out one line, clearly that is too difficult you you to understand! Clearly you weren't involved in the conversation so I guess that's too hard for you, never mind!

28.) 23 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 22:04:14
One thing you need to understand is Arsenal are not a one man team and we have proved that over the years but spurs clearly are!

29.) 24 Jul 2017
23 Jul 2017 23:52:01
Ellis Dee

No need for names, I forgive you.
Barkley isn't significant. He's being forced out of Everton. guy came in the scene with big hype and what? He nail down that starting place for England yet? He won player of the year yet? No. I get that you're desperate for a signing but come on! Big money don't mean big player. Big money coz he's English. End of.

30.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 00:49:13
And yet spurs had 3 players who scored 20+ goals last season! Doh Oddbod. If your refering to Kane he missed 10 games in the Premiership last season aswell. You need to understand you need help.

31.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 10:50:28
1 man team. Is that why 5 spurs players make the England team on a regular basis. Your a silly boy who knows very little about the game. You are clearly just trying to get people to respond.
Why don't you go on the Arsenal site.? Probably because they can't stand you either.

32.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 12:21:06
And that's coming from Ellis 😂.

33.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 12:29:58
Gunner looks like Ellis owned you there!

34.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 12:33:12
So your saying you don't rely on Kane then?.

35.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 14:32:11
Kane Scored 29 out of 86 goals last season for Spurs. He did this in 29 appearances. That's 33% of Spurs goals from Kane.

Sanches scored 24 out of 77 goals last season for Arsenal. He did this in 36 appearances. This is about 31%.

Both teams rely on their key strikers for about a third og their goals. This shouldn't be a surprise. Without Kane, Spurs still had 57 goals in the PL season. This is more than every team in the league apart from Everton, United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool.

Without Sanchez, Arsenal scored 53 goals. The fact is both teams rely on their biggest goal scorers.

NO $H1T SHERLOCK.

36.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 14:39:13
We are lucky to have a world class striker in Kane, but to say we rely on him is pathetic. Barcelona have Messi, do they rely on him? Real Madrid Ronaldo? This is what i'm on about with you twisting things.

Da Saac Man, totally disagree i think Barkley would be a great signing. Im not desperate for a signing, i understand how it works and am patient(ish).

Oracle, its like taking sweets off a baby with Oddbod.

37.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 19:13:42
Oracle, how? lol.

38.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 19:14:45
Thank you spud you proved my point perfectly, spurs rely on Kane more than any other team in the league with their strikers. Your percentages showed that!

39.) 24 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 20:18:17
It's good to be different Dee. The world would be dull if we all thought the same.

Now back to new signings. There are rumblings coming out that we're looking at Zaha again. Can't see it myself as I think we have better already at the club. Time will tell I guess! Probably just noise coming from his agent to get a better deal.

40.) 25 Jul 2017
24 Jul 2017 23:53:15
If you look back to my posts in May, i said the two players Pochettino wanted were Barkley and Zaha. We stopped looking at Zaha ages ago, and then he signed a 5 year contract with Palace. No chance mate.

41.) 25 Jul 2017
25 Jul 2017 12:14:55
Agreed. If you read my above post, it would seem unlikely.

42.) 25 Jul 2017
25 Jul 2017 12:38:55
You always said you were signing Barkley in January!

43.) 26 Jul 2017
26 Jul 2017 15:04:27
I never said that.

44.) 30 Jul 2017
30 Jul 2017 16:31:59
You did in January.
