I don't see why spurs are interested in drinkwater from Leicester as he I another defensive midfielder, we already have dembele, mason, wanyama, dier who are all defensive, we are crying out for 2 flying wingers and we only have errlksen who is a creative midfielder, I think we have been poor this summer with our new signings in wanyama and jaansen who are not going to take us up a gear. I would have prefered batsayshi or lacazzete, knopylanka, bolasie, mahrez and Juan Mata, I also think we should have signed wajunaldum or sissoko from Newcastle instead of wanyama.

you say that Janssen and Wanyama are poor signings, but then go on to say that you would have preferred the likes of Bolasie, Mata, Wijnaldum and Sissoko. They are worse than either Wanyama or Janssen.

Yes I agree that Batshuayi would have been a great signing but he priced himself out of a move with his wages and I don't think he is much better than Janssen. IMO Lacazzete at the prices being touted is a waste of money. Would love to see either or both of Mahrez and Konoplyanka. But as for the rest at the prices being qouted are not worth it. Especially the Newcastle pair. IMO opinion with Wanyama on board we have 3 of the best 4 CDM in the premier league in the shape of Dier, Dembele and Wanyama and Janssen will not only score goals I think he may even jump ahead of Kane by the end of the season.

Most of those you named raver would be in the 25-35m+ range and I'm not to sure how many have the work rate or desire to start pressing as soon as the ball is turned over as required by MoPo's philosophy.

The 2 players I think could have stepped us up another level are Mahrez and Kante - with the caveat they would have to reproduce last seasons form which has yet to be proven as capable so still a risk.

your up very late, although it is the 6 weeks holidays. If you read my post it quiet clearly states IMO. IN MY OPINION no player is worth the money that is paid for them, Is Pogba worth £100m + never, was Bale worth £87m+ I don't believe he was, Is Batshuayi worth £33m no, Is Lacazette worth £35m+ no and finally is Janssen worth £18m+ no.

These guys all just kick a ball for their living, they are not worth that sort of money but its the way football has gone and this is stupid season. Also in respects to Lacazette Spurs have also been linked to him and I still think that at the prices touted is a waste of money.

I know people will say that something or in this case someone is worth what another is willing to pay and that is true but IMO just because someone is willing to pay stupid money it doesnt't show that to be their true worth. This is just my opinion and is nothing to do with any other clubs or Spurs.

Spot on thfc, if pogba is worth 108 million then Glenn Hoddle would be worth 200 million today, also how much would Alan shearah be worth today as all those strikers are not even fit to lace his boots, also don't bite at wodbod as he is just jealous we support the biggest club in London.
