I have been given an overview ahead of the summer from the same person who told me about AVB, so I am hoping it is as accurate. A lot of this is likely to be merely confirming a lot of what you will know I am sure, but hopefully some of this is new stuff, though I am a bit out of touch with what has been happening at Spurs this season so I am not sure.
Firstly the outs:
Lloris is believed to be seen as the back up plan if Real Madrid fail to get De Gea, but the club have no intention of selling if possible.
Friedel is expected to retire.
Poch would like to keep Rose, but is unimpressed with Davies so far, if a replacement can be brought in, he will be moved on.
Chiriches and Kaboul are surplus to requirements.
Capoue, Dembele and Paulinho will be allowed to leave if the right offer arrives, none have convinced Poch.
Question marks persist over Chadli, Townsend and Lamela, though none are likely to be moved on this summer as Lennon is the one set to move on.
Adebayor and Soldado are both available and the club are actively looking to move them on.

Ins:
Keepers - I am told Zieler is the likeliest option if Lloris does go, though options include Handanovic. Neto is under consideration either way as a free signing to replace Friedel, though I would think it unlikely Levy would meet his demands.
Defenders are seen as the main priority, Poch wants to raid his old team Southampton for Fonte in particular. He would also like Clyne. Fonte being 31 has meant he is likely to be overruled. Cresswell from West Ham has been priced out of reach, especially as there is interest in him from Chelsea. Trippier is a major target for right back, though again he might end up priced out of a move. Outside of English footie, Bruno Martins Indi is being watched at Porto, Bruma, Rekik and Willems of PSV are all targets too. Celtic's Van Dijk is the most likely signing as things stand.
Midfielders are an area that is still undecided, the club don't want to interfere with Mason and Bentaleb's development, so are looking mainly at a bit of cheap experience to provide cover, such as Nigel De Jong.
Forwards are the bit that surprised me, Bale was asked if he would be interested in returning if Madrid do let him go. I am quite sure the club didn't expect a yes, but they would have to be mad not to ask with the possibility of Lloris going the other way. Incidentally Bale wanted Champions League football. Spurs did show an interest in Depay but that was rebuffed initially, I can't see them looking at him again, but that is just my opinion. Both Batshuayi and Ayew of Marseille are under consideration, though you would need to ask Ed002 the likelihood of either of those joining. There is also Aubameyang that the club are hoping will be unsettled with Klopp leaving, so Spurs will take a look at him. There has been interest registered in Ayoze Perez of Newcastle as well.

Our scouts have been watching these players in the last month, Kamil Glik, Florent Thauvin, Memphis Depay, Andre Ayew, Mo Salah, Johannes Geis, Luka Jovic, Fernando Llorente, Kevin Wimmer, Islam Slimani, Rafa Silva, Yacine Brahimi, Eduardio Salvio, Anderson Talisca. Apparently there are quite a few more that we have watched.

Would be surprised to see Auybameyang join us, he hates us!

Cheers for the update ed, you know we appreciate the info you can pass on
Also just for your opinion what do you think of Mason and Bentaleb this season and Eriksens development, like to hear your opinion in a comparison with Coutinho also?

Also if you're still up, may or pacman?

{Ed001's Note - I think both Mason and Bentaleb have grown impressively this season, just shows what can happen when players are given a chance. Both look capable of filling the midfield roles for years to come, if the club can keep hold of them, which isn't certain as Man City like Mason.

Eriksen has become far better than I expected, some players wither when they step up to a tougher league, he has stood up and taken responsibility. That is what has impressed me most, his willingness to stand up and be counted. He shows great character to go with the ability and that will take him far.

I really hope Pacman knocks the disrespectful wife beating prcik out cold and ends his career tonight, but I expect Mayweather to grind out a win on points. Sadly.}
