As anyone else noticed that we always hit the ground running at the start of the season, then the hard training sessions kick in we loose a little focus . Get a few bad results

Then before Christmas we seem to sort our self's out and gain momentum and a second wind .

Similar to last season, we have after Southampton a few big season defining games, we took maximum points last season in similiar run of fixtures.

Spurs seem to have got a second wind they seem fitter and look as they are growing in confidence with a togetherness and team spirit fighting for each other .

Just at the right time and a few returning from injury .

Seems similiar to last season hope we kick on get Steele resilient and unstoppable .

We have noticed the facts you quoted, but unlike last year we fortunately have the Champions League and FA Cup to contend with.

The problem is this creates a need for a deeper squad which we are sadly missing. It looks like Sessegnon is up from grads if we strike. Alfie Mawson is easy to buy yet lowly Watford seem ahead of us in the queue. Mousa Dembele looks to be Brighton bound from Celtic, surely a talent we should be signing and letting Llorente go.

Lucas Moura looks set for Manchester United over Spurs. Zaha has made it clear he is staying at Crystal Palace. Barkley has gone to Chelsea and it looks quiet as Aubameyang seems Arsenal bound.

We really need to strike when there are clear talents we need to push on all these fronts. Mousa Dembele, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Ryan Sessegnon and Alfie Mawson would have given us the squad to challenge 3 fronts.

We have the cash and could flog Janssen and a couple of peripheral players like Onomah.

i agree we need a couple of outstanding players as we are fragile in certain areas . irony would be transfer window shuts and kane gets an injury , llorette = season over.

Tosun the Turkish lad looks good who has gone to Everton.

We never buy in January so forget it and all the malarkey and hype from the pundits .

We need a striker and a midfielder zaha or mahrez or Richarlson .

One out of three, the striker maybe Moussa dembelle or Malcom.

Sanchez was a steal so something similar for a striker because if kane gets injured we are done for .

And all levy and mopo will hear is we told you so .

If ever levy had to pull a rabbit out of a hat its this transfer window,

Or moving into a new stadium without kane Ali Erickson and others by not making top four will not sell season tickets . Nice wad in bank but no bums on seats .

You know what's coming will he back or stack and cash in

Levy conundrum.

I wonder if Mr Levy is playing a blinder and were not giving him credit, rather than go out all guns blazing he is waiting patiently to nail 1) sessengnon, Moussa dembelle, ironically he's injured for tonight's champions league qualifier . Also Barkley maybe Zaha . The first three would be okay, and gibson from Middlesbrough .

I dreaming of that rabbit out of the hat levy occasional pulls off like I say just wonder .

keep dreaming, no rabbit out of the hat this season, think mr levy has made his stance on incoming players quite clear, we need fresh blood to push on for the season coming we can't afford to stagnate. all the top sides have invested in quality players, and while I think we have the strongest starting 11 in the prem it is strength in depth that will carry teams to a title or a final. I have said it before on here our bench is weakish compared to other sides and we don't have players that can come on and change a game.

I have had my moans and knocked things but, hats off to Mr levy mopo and the team right down to the tea lady and the groundsman. something is happening at the lane there is a great team spirit which you can see in there faces.

we have a boss who is the boss and all buy in to his way, the poison has gone the youth are being guided and given a chance, the defense looks better and the attack looks great the youth are shinning Ali mostly but others are coming along, let's back the team, the youth and see where it takes us.

spurs are on a journey that for the first time in my life you can see that winning mentality in their faces either for their place or for the team, there playing for each other I think this is a new era at the spurs time to get on board there will be a few downs, but there's going to be a lot of ups, spurs fans don't know it yet but I think we have entered the next level. Was really happy about things until family member living in north London stated he heard a whisper, Kane and lloris to man united, really suspicious, there's no smoke without fire, if levy does do it, for money and that's all it will be, it sends the wrong message and kills our season in one month, but does the books a world of good hope its rumour and gossip but I think I is very possible, we might have new manager next month don't trust levy .living on knife edge now till transfer window closes, to be or not to be this is the question that occupys a spurs fans mind at the moment .

1.) 10 Aug 2015 22:15:16
Kane is going nowhere so don't lose any sleep over it! If Utd want Lloris then they will get him but it will be for top doller but he clearly fancies it so Au revoir as far as I'm concerned. Can't wait for Saturday, 5 more sleeps! COYS

2.) 11 Aug 2015 02:20:48
LLoris only goes to Manu if De Gea goes to Madrid, which is looking a little less likely than a week ago . but the risk then is PSG steps in with a big offer.

3.) 11 Aug 2015 10:36:07
This is just a really pathetic Man U or Arse fan with their best attempt at trolling. Enjoy your very mediocre season!

4.) 11 Aug 2015 20:15:49
Kane going nowhere I hope your right STID , if lloriss can go for top dollar one would assume so will Kane , no strenuious denial from either party
Remember berbatov Carrick , when window shuts we will know , until then we're all mushrooms in the dark and fed media hype .

5.) 11 Aug 2015 20:55:55
Bobbybox the difference is lloris clearly fancies it and every indication from Harry is he is happy at Spurs! Every top player we have sold has wanted to go. berba carrick bale modric so hand has been forced which I honestly don't think will happen this summer with Harry.

I am absolutely certain we will be singing "he's one our own" all season my friend :)

6.) 12 Aug 2015 00:51:58
"there's no smoke without fire"

Bobby, you're going to kill yourself with stress if you think this is true about football transfer rumours.

7.) 12 Aug 2015 08:26:46
The problem STID is that levy is a business man first. So if the right offer comes in, he WILL sell!

8.) 12 Aug 2015 10:59:30
I disagree and am relaxed about the intrest in Kane from utd, he ain't going anywhere this season end of in my opinion and anyone worrying will realise it was wasted energy come the end of the transfer window.

Lloris is a different story and hangs in the balance, If de gea goes and they want Lloris then he is gone in my opinion.

Lots of hype and malarkey levy will not sell to man untd, I actually think the only people that know what is going to happen is levy and poch. Think we're in for a few surprises and a couple of rabbits.

Bale zaha sesengnon le celso fernnaddes Van Der beek ginter?

1.) 06 Aug 2019 22:03:19
Rumours are dybala and coutinhou are on their way to spurs which would take this club to the next level,

2.) 07 Aug 2019 18:41:20
hope so raver would be nice.

31 Jul 2019 18:42:26
Mr levy playing dangerous game, poch wanted players out and in done contracts sorted, take squad into new season with no dark clouds over them and good karma and team spirit. one of a few in levy fan club but i'm affraid he has blown it poch will now leave real or man untd within six months . Found the right guy proves himself if any manager of our great club required backing its poch and they have let him down badly . if he can't get backing then its time levy left because he can't math the fans and managers ambition the end of the road . we are so close and at a pivotal point

Mr levy needs to pull rabbits out of the bag quickly to keep poch happy or his new stadium will be an unhappy half empty place with sucession of would be managers.

lets face it if they can't back poch they have no intention of backing anyone and will be content with mediocrity .
will not hit levy until no champions league you don't realise what you have got until there at man untd or real madrid.

A lot of talk today stating “we’ve agreed a deal with Betis for Giovani Lo Celso”.

2.) 01 Aug 2019 19:26:53
lots of smoke and mirrors were all being played , I think its a ploy to put pressure on real betis price and ericksen to sign contract. I also think outside chance, if ericksen leaves for madrid isco possibility . I think maybe a couple of suprises even zaha. one thing is certain levy great at poker.

07 Aug 2018 19:14:04
usmannoff to make offer for spurs in next few weeks .

Mr levys end game spiraling costs things a little hot, best time to get out,

first thing I thought when I heard usmannoff agreed to sell his shares after fighting to get control .

why sell now and give up unless you can buy another north london club and have full control.

i just wonder.

bobbybox

1.) 08 Aug 2018 16:49:22
No chance. The only reason he sold was because he was scared of getting his assets in the Uk frozen.

I would bet that there will be a few takeover proposals though once the stadium is up and running. There was a rumour going around a particular Investment bank in London recently that Amazon were interested.

03 Aug 2018 18:47:51
mopo to Man u, bet he feels stitched up by Levy.

cant blame him, everytime where nearly there Mr levy bottles it .

were just laughable at the moment Mrlevy sell up get out, your embarassing our motto, to dare is to do . your not daring levy.

mopo will walk away.

1.) 06 Aug 2018 11:43:43
I would love mopo at United!

Said it last year, that mopo would get frustrated and finally leave, he is not been backed all transfers should be done dusted by now .

It's going to be interesting now starting to think thier maybe significant departures not incomings, Mr levy could sell the family silverware alli Kane dire, make two hundred million, your telling me he ain't thinking that way .

Manager leaves gets another cycle begins again .

A worried yid.

Agree with northern spur we have all been here before and been mugged raced around the closed humber bridge to get in front of the box, to watch the mighty spurs buy a much needed striker and guess what at 10.55 I will regret staying up and be annoyed I believed in the hype . Then Harry Kane will get injured and the normal spurs luck will come in to play, and what could of been will become disappointment and it will be well spurs should of signed a striker sound familiar sky that desperate for transfers there in the endsliegh league its that exciting . come on you spurs.

raver you need a night in a seedy so ho night club to
re -juvenate calm down its the F A CUP .

no easy games fair play to Newport a trip to London and a nice little earner for Newport, luvelley jubbeley .

Nowadays teams are right up for it, with aggression fitter and more tactical bit of a cultre shock playing on old fashion pitches took spurs 45 mins to switch on mentaly,

more worrying is we need a striker young and pacy to pay with kane instead of grandad llorente.
