Aint you got enough midfielders . you lacked up front ade /soldado guy received very little service from shoot on site townsend. not here to criticise an over abundance of quality midfield lack of quality at the back and up front.
baldini will only bring in players sanctioned by levy baldini was only brought in because a no of clubs refuse to deal with him levy if they are a good its a levy buy if they are poor its the managers buy.

quaver you to seem forget the os can have 67000 just not for westham games. for westham games its 60000 planning permission is being sought to take the it up to the 67000 allocation. so again u will be 2nd best.

levy a number of clubs are reluctant to do bizniz with him full stop.
levy picks and buys the players and the manager has to make them fit his system far to much of the bale money went on midfield players. where at best needed to be tweeked only.
as davo wulf and a no of others have pointed out decent c/b l/b and quality striker was needed.
saldado struggled as the lone striker although performed better with ade.
point trying to make levy needs to run the club poch needs to manage the team but that won't happen.
