Its horrible, until this season with a game like todays I would be sat back pipe and slippers waiting for the 3 points to roll in.

Now i'm worried. We can't defend, we have no full backs, no keeper and nobody in the middle good enough to screen our back 4!

The ray of light from that shower at Norwich was Ndombele, he was different class and has massive potential so i'm rather hoping he will start although who knows the way we are going this year. Here is hoping!

We knew coming into the season we had no right back, In theory Rose and Davies, with Verts as an alternative was going to get us through a season on the left.

The midfield is a real worry, Dier never the fastest, is too slow. Sissoko a work horse, with little to no end product, Winks a squad player, Eriksen never did show up in the big games and now rarely shows up at all even when he does get on the pitch.

Ndombele has shown potential, LoCelso the jury is out, haven’t seen enough to suggest his price is value.

We’re carrying a lot of first team “players” that are not contributing enough . Lamela is a perfect example.

José knew all this before taking the job . now we will get to see the dynamic between him and Levy, this month and in the summer.

Agree mv I fancy Southampton to turn us over today, I would keep kane, Ali, alderwereld, sissoko, ndombele son and possibly sessegnon and would get rid of everybody else who are bang average and will never take us anywhere, it's going to be interesting in the next few transfer windows under jose mourinho.

Agree yellow, KWP will never be good enough, Aurier can do good things but ultimately costs us goals and games which will never change. I actually think Foyth has massive potential if only he could just realise you can't continually piss around with the ball in your own third.

His age is on his side and with development and experience he may come good, he clearly has ability. Rose has shown he no longer wants to be here, Davies is a good squad/ rotation player and Verts at his age is not a left back, can still do job at CB. Lloris makes too many costly errors and Gazzaniga again is a good second choice keeper.

If Lo Celso is the answer i've yet to work out the question, and the likes of Lamela and Lucas are not good enough to start regularly. Dier and Wanyama are nowhere near it, i think we all love Sissoko but there simply isn't enough at the end of all his good work and Winks is neither combative enough or progressive enough, he plays the simple sideways/ backwards pass too often for me although again he may improve over time.

Oh and Eriksen can do one, i've never seen a 'set piece specialist' hit the first defender as ofter as him in all the years i've watched the game. Whilst were are at it Son is class bit i do wish he would stop kicking people and then crying about it!
